Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were all amazing, all of them were happy to go the Em excesso mile for you whatever the request, in perfect English no less. The facilities were great, although the pool area could get a little crowded on busier days.

During those few days the buffet breakfast was very busy and free tables were difficult to find. Despite this the buffet was always well stocked.
